Just now
A client reply arrives in the channel your team already uses.
WhatSync connects the phone number to the right Attio person.
Conversation notes, timestamps, and metadata are saved cleanly.
Sales, support, and founders can see the actual latest status.
If your business already uses WhatsApp, WhatSync fits right in.
WhatSync is not a black-box connector. The core WhatsApp to Attio CRM OS is public on GitHub, so users can inspect the project, understand how it works, and build confidence before connecting customer conversations.

Metadata only
Find an attachment by its caption, type, or document name. The file contents and text inside images are not indexed yet.
Recorded, not transcribed
WhatSync records that a voice note was sent, but Claude cannot search what was said inside it yet.
Read only. It cannot send a WhatsApp message for you.
Ask Claude about synced message history instead of scrolling through chats. The connection is read only and follows your existing access.
Choose destinations, phone matching, timezone, sharing mode, and number filters after connecting.
Your team can inspect customer activity in Attio without asking for forwards, screenshots, or manual recaps.
Field notes
Current prices, honest trade-offs, and a clear answer for the workflow you actually have.
WhatSync, TimelinesAI, Zapier, and Make—matched to the job each does best.
